Hi, I'm Marikay, aka Mk, always out in the cold as to ‘where’ we are.  Thank God for the invention of GPS and a new world of electronic learning curves. I can honestly say that I’ve never had more fun and adventure than in this new and ever changing ‘dot com’ world we live in.  I maintain this web site and started it by writing the HTML code by hand before the web building software programs became available.  If you have questions about map sales or need to place a bulk order of 30 or more maps please Email Me

 

And this is my friend Sandy.  Sandy knows all the trails just about everywhere so if you have a trail question send her an email and she will be glad to help.  Sandy has trained all her own horses and has been a backcountry packer with her dad since she was a small child.  Sandy has held several offices in BCHW and recently retired from driving school busses.

Creating these maps for you has taken Sandy and I several years of riding and putting into practice the principles of being cartographers and photographers.  Personally, I was tired of twenty year old trail maps and getting lost because trail numbers and or names were changed. I knew there must be others like me out there somewhere. I also knew I wasn’t unique to being LOST.  We hope that this service to our fellow horsemen and women will be an aid in keeping them safe.
